How to find the healing center for this pain

You have completed session 1 - 7.

This session introduces the method for locating the healing center relevant to a particular pain.

Here are the steps:
Ask a direct question to your body for the location of this healing center (when you have pain somewhere).
Such as: 'connect me with the healing center of this pain'!
Wait 30-60 seconds for a response, which might come in the form of a tingle, a sense of heat, an itch, slight tension etc.

The diagram below is a basic illustration of what we just discussed.
The session thereafter (9) will take us through the actual practice routine and use it for self-healing.
